Routine Tracker ("the app") is published by the Routine Tracker team ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and what control you have over it.
1. Data we collect

The app does not collect your location, contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, files, browsing history, or health/fitness sensor data. It contains no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
2. Advertising
Routine Tracker currently shows no advertisements and runs no ad personalisation. If we introduce ads in a future version we will update this policy and the Play Store Data safety declaration before that version is released.
3. How your data is stored and protected
- In transit: all traffic between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS.
- On your device: routine data cached locally is encrypted at rest with AES; the key is held in the Android Keystore via secure storage.
- On our servers: data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL, encrypted at rest). Row-level security rules mean your rows are only readable by your own account.
Our administrators can view account records (name, email, phone, sign-up date, activity counts) for support, abuse handling and account deletion. They do not use this access for any other purpose.
4. Sub-processors
We use Supabase for authentication, database and file storage. No other third party receives your data.
5. Notifications and alarms
The app schedules local reminders on your device at the times you choose. These reminders are generated on-device; their content is not sent anywhere. The app requests permission to post notifications, to schedule exact alarms (so a reminder fires at the minute you set), and optionally to be exempted from battery optimisation (so reminders are not delayed by the system). All of these are optional and can be revoked in Android Settings; the rest of the app keeps working without them.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. This takes effect immediately.
- By email: write to chauhanmanasvi5379@gmail.com from the address registered on your account. We action such requests within 30 days. See our account deletion page.
Deletion removes your profile, all routines, your complete completion history, your device records and any uploaded avatar. Encrypted backups are purged within a further 30 days. Signing out alone does not delete anything.
7. Children
Routine Tracker is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
You can view and correct your profile inside the app, and request deletion of your account as described above. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights (for example the GDPR or India's DPDP Act), you may exercise those rights by contacting us at the address below.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where the change affects what we collect, note it in the app's release notes.
